Birthday parties are two hours in length. You should feel free to arrive up to 10 minutes early for set up. It is important that your party be cleared and out of the Museum by the agreed upon end time. Each fifteen minute increment that your party runs late is subject to an additional $25 facility usage charge.
A non-refundable deposit equal to one half of the total cost of the party is required to make a reservation. The remaining balance is due the day of the party. You may change the party date up to 3 days before the originally scheduled event and retain the option to transfer the party to a different date.
We request that there be one adult chaperone per five children, and chaperones are responsible for supervision of children. Families are expected to leave the area clean at the end of the party. Please let us know if any group member has special needs so we can accommodate you. A confirmation detailing your party arrangements will be sent upon receipt of the deposit.
